The beautiful lower level of Holloway Conference Center is a walk-out basement onto the grounds of Kavanaugh.

- 150 — Banquet-style (19 tables with 8 chairs each)
- 225 — Auditorium-style
Room can be divided into three separate meeting rooms with outside access
A gathering area provides for registration, snack area, and has coffee service equipment in addition to a small microwave and bar sink.
